1. Eligibility
Participation is strictly limited to first responders, including police officers, firefighters, paramedics, emergency medical personnel, customs officers, correctional officers, active military personnel, or equivalent public safety personnel. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Proof of eligibility (e.g., professional identification or employment certificate) may be requested.
Each participant is responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit to compete in their chosen sport.
Participants are solely responsible for obtaining personal health, travel, and accident insurance covering their participation in the Games. The Organizer will provide basic on-site medical assistance during competitions. In the event of ambulance transportation or hospital treatment, all associated costs are the responsibility of the participant. The Organizer shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, or loss of property incurred during travel to or from the Games, or during participation in the Games.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Organizer.
Participants are expected to uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship, respect, and integrity. Discrimination, harassment, doping, violence, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant in violation of this Code of Conduct without refund.
All logos, trademarks, and promotional materials related to EuroGames112 are the property of the Organizer.
Participants grant the Organizer the right to use photographs, videos, and other media from the Games (including images of participants) for promotional and non-commercial purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Belgium, the jurisdiction of the Organizer’s registered office. Any dispute arising in connection with the Games shall be resolved amicably where possible. If amicable resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels.
By registering for EuroGames112, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
