Uniformity
“Uniform” refers to the attire worn during the Games. The following identifiers are allowed:
- Identifiers of the organization, association, or team.
- Brand of the company manufacturing the uniform.

- Advertising (tasteful) occupying a rectangular area not exceeding 10 cm x 22 cm; it can be photocopied or embroidered and must be of a color complementary to the uniform.

- Any mention related to politics or religion is prohibited.
Other uniforms and attire worn or displayed by a participant or spectator must be tasteful, as determined by the Organization and the Police and Fire departments. Violation of these rules will result in expulsion from the venue or the application of disciplinary measures. In case of doubt about the type of advertising allowed, you can contact the Technical Secretariat of the Games. Participants in team sports must have two sets of uniforms, one light-colored and the other dark-colored.
Unsuitable behavior
- No unsuitable behavior will be allowed during, before, or after the Games.
- Any behavior that discredits the EUROGAMES 112 or the agencies in general will not be tolerated. Any physical or verbal aggression towards referees, participants, spectators, event officials, or any organizational staff will be severely penalized.
- Unsuitable behavior by non-competing police officers, firefighters, or other followers may affect their colleagues and the continuity of their participation.
- Competitors are responsible for maintaining a professional image. The Organization wishes all participants and accompanying individuals a pleasant stay and takes great pride in the reputation of the Games and the professions of the participants. It will do everything possible to prevent anyone from jeopardizing this purpose.
- All participants are expected to comply with local, state, and national laws during their stay in the hosting city. Any illegal activity during this period will result in disqualification from the competition and may lead to exclusion from all future celebrations of these Games.
- The illicit use of illegal substances by any participant, as well as the consumption of alcoholic beverages during the competition, is prohibited. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in competition venues or areas.
- No athlete may participate under the influence of alcohol or in a state of impaired understanding or alertness that may be harmful to others or themselves. Any participant suspected of being in these conditions will be immediately removed from the competition, and the Organizing Committee may conduct an investigation and take appropriate measures.
Shooting sports
Each participant will bring his personal pistol and magazines. The weapon used must be 9 mm caliber and has to be usable by police officers in their daily work. In case of doubt, the Director of EUROGAMES 112 will take a decision, and this decision will be final.
The ammunition needed for the contest can be purchased, but only through advance reservation via email with the organizer. Holsters will be the shooter’s responsibility and will only be used to transport the firearm within the shooting range, as each competition will start with the pistol in hand.
Complaints and claims
1st complaints (to the event coordinator)
The first step to take is to file a complaint, usually verbally, through the Team Delegate, captain, coach of the corresponding event, or participant, addressed to the event chief, in specific terms. The event chief will make a decision and implement appropriate measures. If the Team Delegate, captain, coach, or participant is not satisfied with the decision or measures taken, they may file a claim.
2nd claims (to the director in charge of event supervision)
In case of a claim (protest), the claimant must follow the procedure according to the section “JURY REGULATIONS” of the General Call for this event, attaching 50 euros. If the claim is successful, the Organizing Committee will refund the deposited amount; otherwise, this amount will not be refunded.
Every claim must be submitted in writing using the format provided by the organization and signed by the Team Delegate, captain, coach, or participant of the corresponding event.
The claim shall be delivered to the Director of the EUROGAMES 112 overseeing that sport, within a maximum period of one hour after the end of the Event is announced, or before one hour has passed after the publication of the provisional or final results if the claims are directed at a specific result.
The Director will take a decision and communicate it as soon as possible to the Technical Director of the Event and the delegates of the participating teams. If the claim is not satisfactory, the Team Delegate, captain, coach, or participant may file the corresponding appeal.
3rd appeals (to the president of the eurogames 112)
Every appeal shall be made in writing and must be signed by the Team Delegate, captain, or coach of the specialty. The appeal shall be addressed to the President of the Games as the last resort of the Claim, and his decision will be final, although it will not set a precedent.
Coaches, not players
FOOTBALL TEAMS may include a coach, who may or may not be a member of an organization. This coach may receive ONE medal at most, provided they meet the same requirements as other participants, such as submitting a registration form, paying the registration fee, and fulfilling their role as a coach. This non-playing coach may be of any gender and from any service, regardless of the team’s composition.
Non-playing coaches who are not affiliated with an organization, or team managers who are not registered members of the team (and who do not pay the registration fee), are not required to meet participant requirements and will not be eligible to receive medals. These non-playing coaches must register and pay directly at the Technical Secretariat prior to the competition.
Binding Effect: Any decision made by a coach, manager (whether affiliated with an organization or not), or their assistant on behalf of a participant or team will be considered binding for that participant or team and may impact their game, category, or eligibility to compete.
Captains and coaches
Each team may designate one individual to act as its captain. The captain must be either a team member or a coach affiliated with an eligible institution. If a team changes its captain, the Technical Committee of the Games must be informed. If the team captain is unable to attend a match or event, a provisional captain—who must be a team member—may be appointed. This change must be reported to the Event Supervisor.
