Participation Requirements

If any regulations conflict, the rules of EUROGAMES112 take precedence, and the Director’s decision is final.

Who can participate in EUROGAMES112:

1. Work as a police officer or firefighter in the public sector.
2. Work as an administrative agent/dispatcher in an emergency service.
3. Work as a nurse/paramedic/doctor in an emergency service.
4. Work as a customs agent or in the prison administration.
5. Work as a security agent in an official service, prison administration, international organizations, etc.
6. Work as an air traffic controller or for the security of an airport or seaport.
7. If a member of the military, be likely to be required to collaborate with security forces.
8. Be at least 18 years of age on the first day of the event.
9. In case of any doubt, the President of EUROGAMES112 will make the final decision.

Identification and Accreditation Requirements

Participants must present a current/valid institutional identification. If such identification does not include a photograph, they must also present an official photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s license, together with the institutional ID, before completing the registration process at the accreditation area.

Once all requirements have been met, participants will be officially registered for the EuroGames112 and will receive their Athlete Accreditation. This accreditation must be carried at all times and presented during access control at the sports venues before the start of each day’s competition.

Eligibility of Retired Personnel

Participation of retired individuals will be allowed, provided they meet the established participation requirements. They must present a valid form of identification, such as a card or a letter issued by the corresponding organization.

Age regulations

In general terms, there are four age divisions:

• OPEN (18 to 34 years)
• SENIORS (35 to 44 years)
• MASTER (45 to 54 years).
• GRAND MASTER (55 years and older)

Additional rules regarding participation ages

• The participant’s official age will be that which they have on the first day of the EuroGames112
• In team competitions, the team must compete in the category corresponding to the youngest member of the group.

Non-Eligible Participants and Sanctions

In the event that any participant, team captain, or coach allows a person who does not meet the requirements to join a team, the representatives of that team will be disqualified immediately from all Games events.

If it is discovered that any member of an eligible team has joined a team for which they do not meet the requirements, that team will be disqualified from the competition immediately.
