Registrations for the Games will be open online from [–]. Participants are advised that after this date, it will be impossible to register for any sports category online. Registration will only be possible during the accreditation process starting from [–] and only for certain sports. In the case of participant injuries after the registration deadline, new participants replacing the injured ones can be registered at the Technical Secretariat, provided it is done in advance of the competition. Please note that payments made for registration will not be refunded.
The registration fee is 100 euros if payment is made by [–]. This fee includes participation in three disciplines, either individually or as part of a team. If a participant wishes to compete in additional events, the fee will be 20 euros per event.
Starting from [–] , the basic fee will be 150 euros. Registration and payment can be completed online via our online platform using a credit card, or on-site in cash.
A) Each participant who makes a payment can receive either a receipt from AITP or an invoice issued by AITP (Belgian-style invoice, given the organization’s headquarters in Belgium).
B) The registration fee paid by participants in the Games is allocated to cover the costs of training programs and legal defense initiatives organized by AITP in various countries.
All participants must undergo the accreditation process at the technical secretariat of the organization before the start of the competition for which they are registered. This process will be available every day starting from [–]. Participants must present the identification documents provided by their respective organizations. In case such identification does not include a photograph, it will be necessary to present a professional card or, alternatively, the ID/Passport. Additionally, each competitor must display their accreditation at all sports venues before each event.
AITP will handle both registration and accreditation, and payment will be made online in euros.
If only one individual or team registers for a specific sport or event, every effort will be made to place them, when possible, in the next most appropriate category. If this is not feasible and the Organizing Committee decides to cancel the event, the competitor or team captain will be notified, and registration fees will be refunded.
Participants can verify their registration directly on our platform using their e-mail. There is no separate confirmation letter sent by email.
In the event that the Organizing Committee of the EUROGAMES112 cancels a sport discipline or an event within any discipline, applicants will be notified at least two weeks prior to the start of the Games, and the paid registration fees will be refunded. Participants are advised to purchase transportation tickets with cancellation insurance.
In the case that only one individual or one team registers for a particular sport or event, efforts will be made, where possible, to integrate them into the next most appropriate category within that sport. If this is not feasible and the event is ultimately cancelled, the cancellation will be communicated to the registered competitor or the team captain, and the corresponding registration fees will be refunded.
A team event shall be considered any competition in which three individuals compete against an equivalent number of opponents. A mixed team shall be composed of at least one member of each sex. A unisex team shall be composed of athletes regardless of their sex.
Each team must designate one participant as the captain for each team event. The team captain is responsible for submitting the list of team members along with the registration form. The maximum number of players allowed will be determined according to the corresponding sports regulations.
For certain sports, a meeting of team captains, coaches, and athletes will be held to clarify any questions. Details regarding the time and location of these meetings will be shared on the official EuroGames112 Facebook and WhatsApp channels. Generally, these meetings take place in the late afternoon on the day before the competition.
Additionally, if possible, referees will be introduced, and their role and responsibilities will be analyzed. Attendance at these meetings is recommended. In case of non-attendance, it will be assumed that you are aware of all the information provided during the meeting.
